Introduction The purpose of this paper is to create and analyze a personal strategy for Raymond Buckingham as though I were a company. In doing so I will evaluate the individual’s core values and see how these values tie in with the mission statement. Determining what value Raymond Buckingham has as well as any competitive advantage he may have developed during the course of his existence. Raymond Buckingham was established in 1965 with strong ties to the community and sincere desire to help others achieve what they need to have a better day. Raymond Buckingham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology as well as Microsoft certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and is currently seeking a Master in Business Administration (MBA). Prior to his transition into the Computer era he has severed as a Maintenance Supervisor for a large apartment complex and lead HVAC technician. …show more content…

Raymond Buckingham does not foresee any political factors that will affect his abilities in the future, with the affordable care act the most resent law that effected business of all types becoming a normal function of business they the risk of layoffs are increasingly become less likely. Economic factors show increased sales in Raymond Buckingham’s current position and growth of new locations increases competitive advantage due to his knowledge of technology needs for new locations. Social factors currently increase Raymond Buckingham’s market value, with many food service establishments increasing their technology footprint to draw more customers and customers wanting faster service, mobility in ordering, as well as faster and easier ways to pay technology skills are increasing in need in areas that did not have extremely large technology
