Your business partners should be created from the core group of people who do the steps that you do to make the money that you make. Your marketing system must be based on an honest strategy with predictable results. If you can't show predictable outcomes from your system, your partners won't either. I've evaluated a lot of MLM systems for my father-in-law. He likes the ones that he can invest money in the stock and do as little selling as possible in the business. The problem is that there are a lot of those out there. If you want a hot stock; become an investor; if you want to become a network marketer, you will have to work at selling. You will have to learn how to manage people and sell them on their ability to do what you do. If your MLM doesn't have a tested and proven training system, you might want to rethink your MLM.
