A leader is defined as one who mobilizes other toward a goal shared by leader and followers. That is what General George Washington did during the Revolutionary War that began on April 19, 1775 to September 3, 1783. General George Washington had been selected to be a Commander in Chief of the Continental Army. Throughout the era of the War, General Washington has proved himself to be a formidable leader that made him recognizable in a much later life such as his presidential selection. If it weren’t for General George Washington reshaping the life during the Revolutionary between the British and the Americans, America would have not be what it is.
George Washington was indispensable in launching the U.S government. Although many opposed his political views at the time, Washington's leadership capabilities were unquestionable after his victory in the American Revolution. Our victory over Great Britain would have been doubtful if not for Washington and his judgement. A plethora of modern societies evolved out of societies that were mostly focused on agriculture. This is because in the time before the industrial revolution, males who had high endurance as well as high physical strength translated directly to their political power. For example, General George Washington fought in the war and led men tactically, after the war he was nominated to become president because of his strengths on a battlefield. Women of society were not really allowed to fight in wars and were seen as weaker which can be seen to have a direct link to their political power. This novel To Kill a Mockingbird written by Harper Lee, is about a family in the depression time in Maycomb Alabama in the early 1940s narrated by a main character Jean Louise Finch. The Finch Family, ran by Atticus Finch who is not just a father but a lawyer with very high morals. Jean Louis Finch tells the story from a child’s mind and much mature mindset of it, since Harper lee is trying to prove that Jeam and Scout are immature. Jean Louis Finch quoted, “Maturity is the ability to reap without apology and not complain when things don't go well.” Harper Lee indicates several internal forces that leads up to why Atticus is representing Tom Robinson in his trial of accusing of raping a white lady.

Once you successfully overcame that challenge, you are offered kingship over your new nation, but you turn it down because of your values and ethics. For instance, a leader must be passionate about the role they play in order to inspire others to join them. They must be able to build a solid group foundation in order for them to succeed in the long run. Leaders should be decisive which requires a lot of confidence in themselves and their idea.

It's scary to say that the inflation of Colorado Mesa University's tuition is not amongst those with the highest inflation rates just in our nation. Dartmouth University of New Hampshire has an insane tuition of nearly $50,000. Now let's remember that these numbers are representing one year, two semesters, of schooling. For those who would be studying for a bachelors would have to spend around $200,000 before earning a degree.
