“Bulletproof” by David Guetta depicts my steadfast dedication and strong character. The lyrics “You shoot me down, but I won’t fall, I am titanium” remind me that I can achieve my ambitions through the toughest times, no matter how many obstacles I must cross. When I was 11 years old, I lost my father to an accident. My family was heartbroken. I watched my mother endure many hardships for her children and become one of the strongest people I know. She inspired me to persevere through my grief and pursue my passions. The remaining schools are quite equidistant from Queen Street, so the kids can commute there. The funding would go towards Main Street to improve their infrastructure and education. The Queen Street students participating in extracurriculars would raise the funding and engagement for extracurricular activities at Main Street. They are also heavily involved in community volunteering. They would assist in making the Main Street community an even better place, helping out various ways. Their good work ethics and focus towards education would influence others. The graduation rate would increase, improving the reputation of the Main Street overall. The Main Street students are still able to walk to school if they cannot afford public commute. Their reduced commute time helps them manage both their jobs and schoolwork. The extra funding can also go towards the families who need extra support for their children in terms of education. This will help mitigate inequalities we see in the remaining two schools when the funding goes towards improving Main Street. Finally, the students allocating to King Street can engage in extracurricular activities, actively help the community, and still continue with their part-time jobs. They could help the other children diversify in their activities, such as influencing them to volunteer more. Overall, my decision would help improve the educational and social environments of the remaining
