The two articles that I read (Gallo, 2006) and (Husain, 2015) discuss bullying among students in schools (elementary and middle) at United States and Pakistan respectively. Bullying is an everlasting problem in the lives of school kids. It is a problem that effects all students, the person who bully, those who are victims, and the person who witnesses to interpersonal violence. Bullying may include verbal and physical assaults, threats, ‘jokes’ or language, mockery and criticizing, insulting behaviour and facial expressions. These factors work individually, or collectively, to contribute to a child’s likelihood of bullying. Bullying is difficult to eradicate in schools because it is so often effectively used by students. (Gallo, 2006) said consequences for bullies and victims because poor academic achievement and poorer perceived school climate were also associated with being a bully. Attending to the needs of victims is as important as intervening with bullies and assessing school climate for prevention and intervention strategies of bullying. (Gallo, 2006) also presented an anti-bullying program like a ‘Bully busters’ (a drama) initiated by the counselling and drama staff in a school. Elementary school model are effective programs because this program was to provide information about bullying to students, develop awareness and skills in teachers, and promote a safe school climate. The program began with a committee comprised of teachers, paraprofessionals, parents, school counsellors, and principals. Either (Husain, 2015) declared that aggressive behaviour of bullies might be due to his poor social skills that act as barrier in managing positive relationship on distinctiveness of bullies and victims. Evaluation of bullying and anti-bullying intervention types such as direct, indirect, verbal or physical bullying and victimization. Recommendations from (Husain, 2015) are provide training should be managed by Directorate of Staff Development for all school personnel’s and district school administration encouraged regularly to school heads
