Barnardo’s had a group over 1160 employees and over 8500 volunteers who staff and look after Barnardo 's shops. Barnardo’s also has a support team who have to take care of the Fiancé, Gift Aid, Marketing, Recycling, and last but not least Volunteer Recruitment. In Barnardo’s bigger shops, they would have to employ both a a Deputy Branch Retail Manager and a Branch Retail Manager. Customer service is really important for a business like Barnardo’s because as a branch retail manager they are responsible for every little aspect of the running shop.
