For our Business Culminating Project, me and my partner decided to make a pitch for a delivery service idea that we think will be successful in the market. The basic framework of this delivery service is that it will allow customers to get food to their homes from various fast food restaurants that do not offer a delivery service themselves.
This delivery service will partner up with various fast food restaurants such as McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King and many more big names to help customers get fast food directly to their homes. There will be a website where users select their restaurant and the meal of choice and also an app for iphone and Android users to easily access this service. . This delivery service is directed to people who don't want to leave their homes and just want to get a quick meal. We think most of the revenue will be generated from adults who just came back from work and really don't want to leave their homes and go back out into the traffic just for a hamburger. Another unique benefit for the delivery service is that there is no minimum price for delivery so if you just want a fountain drink or small fries which are some of the more cheaper options the service is still at full disposal. One more unique feature for this delivery service is that since we have contracts with all these fast food chains full menus are on our website for customers to order from . The way the customers can pay for this service is that once they have decided for a meal our drivers go to the fast food chain and pick up the food, the drivers show the fast food workers the order and then when the food arrives at the customer’s home they pay debit or cash and the money goes to the fast food chain because of the partnership between the delivery service and fast food
