Business Law and Ethics The modern world of business presents several ethical issues. Organizations should strive to offer workers with a clear comprehension of the entire vision of the company. It is important as it will help employees in being committed to code of ethics, procedures as well as policies in the workplace. Businesses must be unwavering in constantly providing the utmost ethics of provision in which its personnel, applicants and customers are entitled to under practices of fair business (Shelley, Cohn & Arnold, 2013). In this paper, I will analyze an ethical issue relating to previous, current and possible future work environments.
