RELATED CASES: None. SUPPORT DOCUMENTS: None. On 10/27/2015, at 1122 hours Andrew Griffin contacted Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report a retail petit theft. Mr. Griffin stated he is the Assistant Manager of Publix Supermarket located at 7830 Land O` Lakes Boulevard, Land O`Lakes, Florida, 34638. He advised he was in the parking lot walking towards the store entrance when he observed a white male hurriedly pushing a shopping cart full of Red Bull out of the store. Mr. Griffin advised he was aware of an alert from Publix Management about similar thefts that have occurred in Hillsborough County which included a photograph of the suspect. He said he thought the person he observed exiting the store with the Red Bull looked a lot like the person on the alert and decided to walk over to the white GMC pickup truck that the white male was loading the Red Bull into. Mr. Griffin advised he initiated a conversation by saying, "Hello, how are you doing today?" The white male replied, "fine" and got into the driver seat of the truck to leave. Mr. Griffin said he used his cellular telephone to photograph the rear of the truck displaying the license tag as the vehicle pulled out of the parking space. Griffin advised he observed the white truck exit the parking lot and go northbound on Land O` Lakes Boulevard. He said he then entered the store and reviewed the video. He observed a white male approximately five feet ten or eleven inches tall, 20-30 years of age, wearing a long sleeve olive green pullover shirt, blue jeans and tan shoes enter the store. The white male had brown short hair and a goatee. The white male obtained an empty shopping cart and went directly to aisle nine.
