1) In my opinion Ski Butternut chose a successful strategy to focus on values that it creates for customers rather than competing on pricing. I believe it is a good strategy because avoiding competing on pricing relieves Ski Butternut from lowering they prices every time the competition does it. This prevents the resort from losing profit due to a low set prices in the market.
