Introduction: Day after day, millions of inmates sit in jail doing nothing productive with their lives. We are paying to house inmates that may not even have a good reason to be there. For example, drug offenders are being kept with murderers and other violent offenders.

Hi Ken! I've started well the week after a Sunday with some nice emotions. Last Sunday it was election day, and I'm pretty glad because my candidates to governor and mayor won and whom I voted for president, Mauricio Macri, has gotten the second place with 2.5 points below the 'winner', anyways this difference is not enough for the winner be president, therefore it there will be second round, or 'ballotage' as it's called this electoral system. In Argentina, everyone thought that the ruling party candidate, Daniel Scioli, would win for more advantage, something like 8 or 10 points, but he only got 2.5 point above, so the surprise was big for all us. Although you cannot believe it, the first official data were given at 11:30 PM!!!
