But it also gives us heroism, altruism, and sainthood”-Jonathan Haidt. Can you blame Communist for living, as this cruel past swiped away the good creating a horrible conflict of the vietnam war trying to prevent the spread of Communism, shouldn't be right to kill millions of people because they think and thought they were threats. During April 17, 1975 Khmer Rouge had marched over Phnom penh “Rise of the khmer rouge”-kang kek iew. The young soldiers in khmer rouge were uneducated and never seen a city. Meanwhile evacuating phnom penh as they force all the residents to leave behind everything they’ve had and march towards the countryside this became a very dehumanization place of control and power. During the Khmer Rouge movement new people had been recruited, many Cambodians had been disenchanted with Western Democracy due to a huge loss of lives in Cambodia, during this time the government had confiscated and took control of schools, hospitals, and other societal institution. All the former owners and employees were murdered along with their extended families. It was a common cruel time killing people for speaking foreign language or wearing glasses, many were shot even by smiling or crying as it was forbidden to show any kind of mentally and physically emotion(Article #1 par 10). Religious people were killed thinking they were threats to the state like journalist, intellectuals, and others, as Khmer Rouge targeted various religious people. Making this an organization to throw out the people that are don’t belong here and fill them with the right people like
