This assignment will include key marketing 4P strategies for the Cape Fear Heroes which is a professional indoor football team in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The Cape Fear Heroes is a member of the American Arena League and there is a total of 17 teams in the league. A key product strategy for the Heroes will be to create a new team logo that will help establish more support from the community. Fayetteville, North Carolina is known as the home of Fort Bragg, so the logo can represent a solider being portrayed as a hero. The Heroes can host a free of charge meet and greet with their fans before the season starts to give them the opportunity to get autographs and, so they can receive a team schedule. At the meet and greet there can be booths set up to inform the fans that they can either buy their tickets at the box office the day of game or order them online ahead of time. The sponsors will help the team get better recognition and support from the surrounding areas in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The Heroes can sign a deal with a company that is willing to supply the team uniform gear and equipment. A deal can be made with companies that is willing to make and sell the team apparel. Also, the team can gain exposure by signing deals with different restaurants and radio stations. The Heroes can get recognize if they give their team schedule to the restaurants that are sponsors, so they can put it somewhere their customers can see it. The restaurants can be recognized on the Heroes score board or on banners around the football field. When the team wins games at home partnering with restaurants like Bojangles, McDonalds, Zaxby’s, and Papa Johns can help earn the fans an opportunity to get discounts like 50 percent off or buy one get one free. The Heroes tickets can have a coupon on it from one of the restaurants that is a sponsor for the team.
