The most change is my mind of American leadership. I used to think that boss only care is the money that they can gain and all employees of them are just the tool to make more profits. I got this mind from NBA league, the boss only cares a player who can take big profits and attention to his team. The management doesn’t care how many years a player contribute himself to this team. No award to a player’s loyal or diligence. When a player cannot make perfect data anymore, this player is like goods waiting for trade. I watch NBA for over 10 years, so it expressed me so much. That is, when you can’t show time is money and show your value to an origination, your game is over. However, when I finished this interview, I changed my mind that against before. President Jess really takes care to his employees and partners. He gives the trust to them who work with him. And he also pays his employees well and provides them health insurance plan. I think his leadership style is successful for his corporation. I don't know if this leadership can still make sense in big corporation like Chesapeake or other big corporations. In conclusion, I change my mind of definition of leadership: leading others to do right for business and keeping good relationship within business
