The popularity of Alexa has made bringing the device into the workplace the next logical step (Lee, 2017). Employees embrace digital tools in ways that are beneficial to their individual needs. Employees desire systems that are as easy for them to use as search engines and social media (Bersin, 2017). New technology is changing the way employees converse with one another and employers have to keep up with this change.
