Our company aims to be a one stop shop for any and every common household or non-household good or service. These range from electronics, sporting and furniture, to grocery, frozen foods and everything in between. Through a combination of low prices and sustained inventory variety, we emphasize our efforts on the shopping needs of brand-aware and image-conscious buyers. Since this ideal has helped us grow our revenue over the years, and has allowed us to build a powerful brand with the retail market, we believe that our future business decisions must always align with it. Therefore, we hope to further meet the need of our customers by expanding and rallying our customer service efforts through the launch of customer-centric (stores focusing more on customer service than sales), expanding our online presence, and conducting sales of commonly expensive high-end products, at below market price. We also hope to strengthen customers’ loyalty to our brand by offering member and non-member reward programs built on a per-purchase basis. Furthermore, we will conduct marketing campaigns through several channels including television, internet, public relations and strategically reoccurring rebates and sales on popular products. Our accounting, management, public relations, as well as in-house data-science departments will transfer the resulting data from those campaigns amongst themselves, to provide our executives with the concrete data needed to steer the company in the right direction.
