I admire the way the ever-fluctuating environment of the Accounting and Finance world keeps people on their feet. The decision making and money handling involvement gives an element of unpredictability, an area that I would like to learn more about and potentially discover a method which may help to control that unpredictability in the upcoming years. Looking for solutions to the complex relationships of markets and businesses is something I find very rewarding as well as intriguing and the financial side is what I want to strongly lean towards as an undergraduate. The intricacies of the career intrigue me. I know that a methodical understanding of the tax laws is prerequisite and that it is crucial to keep alert of all deviation which could affect one’s clients’ interests. I am hoping to study this sort of areas in my degree course, additionally, the data processing systems used in accountancy within an organisation, and the type of panels needed to safeguard assets. How concepts change the way the whole business function remains at the core of my interests. Being an avid follower of the news and current political debates has taught me how changes at the top level can cascade down to the day to day life, completely re-writing the way matters are dealt with, such as cuts in corporation tax.
