I chose metal technologies because it was the closet metal company that i could find. Then i applied for a welding position for a job after high school so i can keep on pushing my career in welding. I wanted to pick this company so if i get the job ill know a little history about the company and how the company works and treats its employees. As i researched metal technologies is a good company and treats their employes well and they pay well depending on experience. Within the year Docks Foundry ( Metal Technologies) is awarded over 30 new programs worth more than $ 21 million per year. They are one of the largest metal casters in the world, and they are committed to their employees. This company puts all its trust into their employees and they are their most important asset so they treat them very well. They provide encouraging opportunites for personal and proffesional development. They have many different opportunitys for diffrent people. They use a lot of machines to do the welding to insure the quality of the weld. They pay for students to go to college for 4 years and they pay you while you go to school. Then you can get hands on experince as well and get paid for it. I
