At approximately 2143 Shift Supervisor Justin Riddle responded to a Code Red in the Central Services building. Upon arrival Riddle met with a Casper Police officer and began a floor by floor search. The problem was found on the first floor in the area commonly called the dock. The sprinkler sytem had malfunctioned and had flooded the area upon arrival. Shortly thereafter Fire Department arrived.

In a statement by the lawsuit, Stacey McAlpine provided Danny Heatly with emotional support and advice during his recovery after the accident. At that time friendship flourished and Danny Heatley trusted and relied on Stacey. Wittstadt, Jr. (collectively, “Substitute Trustees”), the ratification of the foreclosure sale, and the subsequent grant of a motion for judgment awarding possession to the purchasers at the foreclosure sale. Current Event: Family member calls teen's shooting an accident, Meridian Academy Sophomore, Tristan Fenton was shot on Saturday, October 17th. Tristan Fenton was shot and pronounced dead Saturday, due to a fatal gun wound. Tristan was shot by a former friend he called a “brother,” David Provencio, on accident with a gun he thought wasn’t loaded. David and some other friends called the police immediately reporting a possible suicide. Police later found that David pointed what he thought was an empty gun at Tristan, pulled the trigger and soon realized what he had done.
As Lawyer Farrington said, Lou Dempsey was accused of illegally selling alcohol to the minor, Eric Howe. Mr. Dempsey failed to meet his responsibilities of asking for identification and anticipating violence and/or accidents caused from alcohol. The amount of alcohol that was given to Mr. Howe, allowed each member attending the party to dissipate their sobriety after drinking four standard cups.
Corning, N.Y. (WENY) -- Arbor Housing and Development has officially made an offer to buy the former Northside Blodgett Middle School. They made a $200,000 bid for the vacant Corning middle school. The Corning-Painted Post School Board will vote Wednesday night on the offer. If approved, the public will vote on the sale in the fall. Northside Blodgett has been closed for two years
This morning’s press conference about the new founds dedicated to the Parks and Recreation Department, was held to answer questions about the money and whether or not it was given under false pretenses. The money that was initially given to the Parks and Recreations department was to enforce tighter security in local parks when one of their own employees was injured. Local officials say that early on Saturday morning Jerry Gergich, the employee in question, had sustained multiple injuries including a dislocated shoulder and a black eye, while in a local park feeding the humming bird feeders as part of his job. Bryan Dixon is a second year law student at the University of Oklahoma. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the same school in 2013. Though raised as the son of a judge, Bryan’s initial interest was not in law. Bryan was initially on the path to a career in civil engineering. Summary of the Incident Only eleven days into his new job as a New Jersey State Police trooper, Justin Hopson witnessed an act by his training officer that would challenge his moral convictions and change his life forever. During a traffic stop in March 2002, Hopson watched his partner arrest a woman for drunk driving who had not even been behind the wheel. Throughout the court proceedings in this case, Hopson chose not to violate his principles, and refused to validate his partner’s version of events surrounding the arrest. From that point forward, Hopson was targeted by fellow officers in an effort to silence him about this event, and other alleged police misconduct.
In November 1997, Casey Martin, a highly talented, professional golfer, filed a suit against the PGA tour. The first hearing took place in the United States District Court in Oregon with a case title Casey Martin, Plaintiff v. PGA Tour, Inc., Defendant (984 F.Supp. 1320). Casey Martin has a rare degenerative circulatory disorder in his right leg that inhibits his ability to walk naturally and can cause severe pain. Martin’s disorder is classified as a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
