A lot of consumers think the prices of Carman’s muesli are quite expensive compared to other brands. However, prices reflect the quality of the products. Most of consumers who choose to purchase higher prices products asserted that the prices are worthy for them to purchase (Lalwani & Shavitt, 2013). Therefore, price is defined as a thing that could be given up in order to derive value from Carmen’s Kitchen products. For repositioning marketing strategy, Carman’s Kitchen could increase their prices by 10% to improve the cost and quality of the products will be improved. The new consumers will accept to pay more on muesli’s safety, original ingredients and keep for consumers’ loyalty.

The additional costs incorporated of product price are included materials, produce and deliver of the products, fixed costs, cost of maintenance and products packaging. Carmen’s Kitchen needs to expect all the losses that will occur in the distribution chain.
