Have you ever heard of Benjamin Banneker? That's what I thought. Benjamin was a African American, who of course started his life out as a slave. If it wasn’t for Benjamin our nation's capitol wouldn’t exist. In 1753 he invented the first striking clock.
He had a dream, and he fulfilled his dream, even if it meant he died in the process. Not only did this impact the people he met, but he was a genuine guy, and pleasant to be around, the complete opposite of what you’d expect from a homeless hitchhiker. Not only did his personality and morals impact the surrounding lives, but the fact that nobody knows his background or where he came from made people
He gave people hope that they can turn their life around during the depression. He lost everything including his children as many Americans did. However, he got that back by boxing which was all he had in the end. He thought risking his life was worth getting his children back, which inspired many people. In addition, made lots of people risk everything.

Erik Alvarez Professor Bogusky December 02, 2015 INTRODUCTION Hello everyone, one of my earliest memories that I have from school is from my first day of kindergarten. I remember walking into my ESL, english as a second language class, & instantly being questioned as to why I was in there. My fellow classmates assumed I was asian because of how I looked and teased me to the point of tears. In reality, I am of Guatemalan origin.
He never questioned nor doubted but only worked. He was a model for all of us. He was resolute to work and sacrifice to the society. He motivated every single one of
He really made me change the way I did think about school and life. He is the perfect example of a high school teacher that goes the extra mile for a student. He is part of the reason why I am the way I am. He helped create Aaron Berry, the student/athlete leader of Euclid high

Kennedy The reason I chose JFK is because he was a president that everyone had loved. They loved him for his views on America and it tragically ended with assassination in Texas.
He was always able to get out of troubling situations. We can learn that even though situations may seem tough, we are able to overcome them with
No matter who you are or where you have come from, you have undoubtedly heard of the American Dream. The idea that no matter who you are or where you have come from, you can do whatever it is you desire in America. And, still, today the American dream might not be as achievable as it once was, but it is still an important

Life was tough for him, having to deal with poverty, an absent father, five siblings with whom he had to share food, clothes, and his mother’s attention, and a few other obstacles during his life; however, he never let anything stop him. Reaching goals, is all he wanted. His mentality is that everything in life is possible, it may just need extra work to get it, so he worked harder to achieve his goals. The first step in his career was a bachelor degree in biochemical engineering, continuing with a Master of Science. He certainly did every effort needed to reach his dreams, and taught me to work for mine and, more importantly, I should always do it the best way possible.
He also taught me to stay motivated no matter how many times I wanted to give up because of my mistakes. I remember the day like it was yesterday even though it was eighteen years ago. This is one of the proudest moments in my life. It’s a lesson that I’ll never forget. Being taught how to ride a bike for the first time was exciting.
