Coming from humble beginnings early on, Carrie underwood has come to be known not only for her amazing accomplishments in the contemporary country music industry, but also for the genuine passion she has for the music she records. Carrie Marie underwood was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma on March 10, 1983. Growing up on her parent’s farm, Underwood lived a very modest young life, often performing numerous chores on the farm. In 2007, she won her first Grammy and released her famous album “Carnival Ride.” In addition to all of this, Underwood became the youngest person ever to be inducted into the Grand Ole Opry when she was inducted by the legendary Country Music singer Garth Brooks (Bio). For example, her hit song “Heartbeat” was based on experiences she has with her husband and was intended to express it through the emotional content of the song.
