Pastor Jack Allen Schaap, 56, formerly a counselor at the Bible-based rehab center, allegedly transported the young girl across the state line so he could have sex with her. His assistant found pictures of the 16-year-old girl and Jack together on his iPhone. The pictures ranged from her being topless while lying on top of him, to Jack touching and kissing her bare breasts. It seems that no place was off limits to where he and Jane had sex. They did it in his office during a church youth conference.

Christos said his client who was

The R.v. Ewanchuck (1999) case is a case that shook the Canadian criminal justice system and is considered by feminists a victory because the judge’s decision reflected rape myths and the case is being praised with addressing rape myths in the criminal justice system. The details of the case are; Ewanchuck invited a 17 year- old woman into his van for a job interview ( Dumont, 1999, p. 102-109). After the job interview concluded, Ewanchuck insisted that the woman see his paintings, which were in a trailer behind the van ( Dumont, 1999, p. 102-109). Ewanchuck then took the woman inside the trailer and began to make a series of sexual advances ( Dumont, 1999, p. 102-109).

The nature of the sexual relationship between the old congressman and the young woman is what aroused suspicions in the popular mind and dominated the media speculation. The following day, 09/29/1998, while on the way to school, the nine-year-old saw the man again. She said he forced her and her 5-year-old friend behind a nearby day care center where he sexually assaulted both girls and ejaculated on the nine-year-old girl’s shirt. Police interviewed the girl later that day and she said that the man had touched her with his penis the day before, but she had not told her mother. In this interview, she did not mention that the man had ejaculated on her the second day, so her shirt was not retrieved by police. The girl said that the man said his name was “Johnny.”

On November 19, 2014, the publication of an arIt was on November 19, 2014 that the publication of an article in the Rolling Stone magazine concerning sexual assault on campus led to two long and complex court cases. The article titled “A Rape on Campus: A Brutal Assault and Struggle for Justice at UVA” was describing the gang rape of a University of Virginia freshmen identified as “Jackie” perpetrated by fraternity members of the UVA Phi Kappa Psi house. The article also identifies the existence of a certain UVA junior named“Drew” who happens to be the member that invited “Jackie’ at the house. While the two court cases Elias et al v. Rolling Stone LLC and Eramo v. Rolling Stone LLC were linked to this same article and had the same defendants,
One interesting primary victim shown was Father Ronald Paquin, who admitted to being raped himself, but also confessed to molesting several boys as his time as a priest at St. John the Baptist. Paquin did not seem fazed by his confession because he “never got any pleasure” from molesting his parishioners (Spotlight, 1:15:40). The families of those who were victimized were also interviewed by the spotlight team, one woman said that her family was pressured into settling the lawsuit, which required them to sign a nondisclosure agreement. The families are secondary victims because although they weren’t the ones victimized directly, the fact that a loved one was hurt affected them as well. The other parishioners even those who were not abused, are tertiary victims, because they feel betrayed that their priests abused so many of their other fellow church members, and the archdiocese did nothing about it.
