Fear can be described as an emotional feeling of an approaching moment in danger. A situation that would possible lead to harm. Fear is established though a process of adding up small portion of fear which is continuously building up to a certain degree in strength or pressure. Fears can be applied as being normal as long as an individual can manage it. The client is not permitted to experience a high level of fear, since they cannot develop coping mechanism. The therapist empowers and influence the client to deal with their fears – starting from a low density and works upscale.
