C: Mrs. Mack (MHS) reported Jaheim Brown display physical and verbal aggression. A: At 9:58 PM Ms. Smalls (on call case coordinator) was notified by Mrs. Mack that Jaheim started throwing things around the home, refusing to comply with requests and refuse to communicate with Mrs. Mack. Mrs. Mack called law enforcement after Jaheim broke the bedroom closet door and other personal property in the bedroom.
PRELIMINARY STATEMENT Rosemary Henderson was arraigned in Yolo County Superior Court on May 30, 2016, for allegedly violation Health & Safety Code § 11379, subd. (a). Henderson pleaded not guilty and pursuant to Penal Code § 1538.5, moved to suppress the fruits of the search –the two baggies and the statements she made- arguing that the search of the trunk exceed the scope of any consent she had given. The trial court denied the motion. Henderson then withdrew her not guilty plea and pled guilty to the sale of a controlled substance.

We presented AB 2590, Restorative Justice Act. We presented with the intent to influence and educate decision maker Baker with the hopes of her supporting this bill. Catharine Baker was born on May 1, 1971 in Cathedral City, California.

There are concerns with regards to underlying mental health for Selena Goodall. During the intake, Ms. Goodall reports that she was diagnosed with bipolar. Then during the course of the six month with working with Ms. Goodall, she then reports that she was also diagnosed with ADHD and mood disorder. She was unable to provide dates of when she was diagnosed and where. According to Ms. Goodall, she reports that she diagnosed as a child.

A Summary of Gerald Graff’s “Hidden Intellectualism” Gerald Graff’s “Hidden Intellectualism” goes through many reasons why not being book smart could be a good thing. The sports world is a way of people connecting through the competitive sports that always lead to some sort of debate (268).
