The goal of this service is to improve and touch the lives of the clients by: (1) Working with the client to determine their path to growth. Scheduling is performed by the online scheduling service Myrecetionist.com, while calls are taken by a 24-hour answering service. Staben-Burroughs has used an answering service throughout her private practice career and feels that it is important that potential clients always have the option to speak to a person rather than being required to leave a message. Furthermore, she states that potential clients who do not have the option of speaking to a person will typically move on to the next phone listing
