PruittHealth Pharmacy is entering into to a relationship with Kaiser Permanente whereas PH will provide drugs, supplies and pumps to be administer to KP’s chemo patients, by KP clinical staff within the KP Chemo department. We are very excited about this opportunity as we believe that not only will this relationship generate revenue, it may also lead to other financial opportunities. That being said, this is new to us and we want to insure that not only is our pricing is robust, but we need a contract/LOA in which we can operate feasibly, protect our interests, and provide an easy out of the relationship does not work for us.
