There are many causes to an unhealthy lifestyle; the most common one is an unhealthy diet. Many Americans tend to eat a lot of junk and fat food and not enough fruits and vegetables. Not eating the right foods can cause a lot of health problems including obesity, cancer, heart disease, diabetes and more.
