Abstract
The report shows two important water problems in China current water environment--water pollution and uneven water resource, and how to resolve water crisis of uneven resource. Because of the pressure of water pollution and uneven water resource, China has become a water shortage country. The solution of the shortage of water resources will be found on the Internet. My hypothesis is that damming can be an effective way to solve the uneven water resources. China has successfully implemented the South to North Water Diversion Project, so that the dam can be suitable for China 's sustainable development. The source is only from the Internet, and the fairness of the south to North Water Diversion Project is the limitation of my research.

1.0 Introduction
In this research I will show the situation of China’s uneven water resource, as this water problem have negative effects on the society. My hypothesis is that damming can be an effective way to solve the uneven water resources. I am going to show some examples of them and give the solution. Water scarcity, which means people don’t have enough freshwater for using, is a phenomenon which is caused by not only the nature but also human beings.
