We always look at celebrities as a role model, someone we 'd like to be like one day or someone who inspires us with their success journeys.
Well, these celebrities didn 't start off as fit models; in fact, their talent is what made them famous. However, after proving themselves they decided to lose weight to inspire us that it always possible to achieve our fitness goals.
1. Holly Madison:
First one on our list is Holly Madison who is the Peepshow leading lady & Former Girls Next Door star. She had 19 extra pounds on her body, so Holly decided to change it instantly! She added yoga & Pilates to her everyday workout routine. Also, Holly went on a low-carb diet along with eating fruits and protein bars instead of snacking on bagels.

Mariah Carey:
After giving birth to her gorgeous twin babies, she found herself with an extra 30 pounds! As a celebrity and an amazing singer who always performs, Mariah found the urge to really drop those extra pounds. So, she decided to adopt Jenny system for her weight loss journey.
Mariah wanted to lose weight not for being a wonderful singer, but mostly to stay in good health and avoid the risk of any heart diseases caused by obesity.

Surprisingly, Jordin Sparks, the American Idol alum, has lost 35 pounds and it all started when she decided to walk every day around her neighborhood. Day by day, she started to walk the speed and distance, until Jordin was ready to climb a mountain near her home.
Jordin also loved Zumba classes and said it was so much better than walking on a boring treadmill.
