Need for change in the Rights of Victims of Crime. 1. The delay in conducting the investigation, especially in securing the victim’s evidence and the witnesses statements by the police should not give a chance to the culprit to make efforts to change the situations, or circumstances so in this regard the police agency should adopt speedy methods in gathering the information , by using the latest technology available in their hands. They should seek help from the media and gather the prima information, which was already recorded by them, immediately before the occurrence of the offence and after the occurrence of the offence. 2. And even if Victims of Crime, if they turned hostile for their selfish reasons , even such Victims should also be punished. Such laws has to be enacted and strict implementation had to be bought. 4. The witnesses should give the evidence that what they had stated in their earlier statement, i.e., which they had given earlier to the Police and should say the same before the Court of Law, if they say lies, without mercy the action should be taken by the Court. 5. Of course the Courts, while recording the Statement of the witnesses should not be lenient, when it notices the said witnesses are out of their Originality, Such witnesses should also be punished. And the Courts should not leave even the Independent witnesses(Official witnesses), when they go against the procedure and misusing their occupation/profession, so that in next coming cases, they should be alert. 6. The Police, who are supposed to record the 161 statements of the victims and as well as the other witnesses in the particular offence had to choose the appropriate persons, and also give the protection to the victims of crime by the State in the necessary cases. The police should record the statements as per the latest procedures laid down in the law such as screens, video evidence,
