A few years ago I moved out of my hometown and ended up attending a new school. The new school was much nicer than my old one. It was freshly rebuilt with brand-new floors. The whole place looked more modern than the old-fashioned building I used to go to. At the new school, the people dressed and acted differently. Everyone there seemed to have money and was able to afford the nicer clothes. The students were much judgier than in my old school you had to dress and act like them to make any friends. Kreitzer states in the article, “Since the earliest times, humans have needed to be sensitive to their surroundings to survive, which means that we have an innate awareness of our environment and seek out environments with certain qualities.” (Kreitzer 1) Kreitzer depicts in this article that humans adapt to their surroundings because it is of our nature. Since the earliest times, humans have adapted to different ways of living. If humans didn’t do that the human population may not have existed for this long.
