In the small town of Maycomb there are mainly 2 races, white and black. The snowman that Jem and Scout are building is beautiful at the end, but that is because they covered up all the dirty snow. In Maycomb, the white overpopulate the black. Most of the white people living here think that they are so much better than the black people, but really, they aren’t.
Everything the could ruin how people thought of Maycomb was always covered up. Atticus is doing a trial where he is defending a black man.
