Charles Floyd was affiliated with a gang of organized with a group and he defeated security at the crime scene. He also demanded cash/jewelry/money, and he has a good hideout technique because he hide out because that’s what he did to hide from the police. The methods that Charles used was tools because he shot and officer with a .45 caliber handgun. Their were 4 victim’s that was killed and some of them was police officer’s and some was just people.
