Charles Manson is an American convicted mass murderer and former cult leader. He was born to an unmarried women at the age of 16, in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1934. Growing up Mason didn't really have much of stable home environment as he was in and out of juvenile detention centers. Early childhood, Manson live with his aunt and uncle while his mother was incarcerated. During this time various family members could recall him having violent tendencies and a fascination with guns and sharp objects, like knives. As early as first grade teachers could remember that he would recruit gullible classmates, mostly girls, to attack other students that he didn't like. These factors are indicators to his adult life motives and tendencies. Later when Manson moved to California he led a group that became known as the Manson Family, in the late 1960’s. “The Family” consisted of about 100 followers who were influenced by drugs, such as LSD, and magic mushrooms. The victims were; Sharon Tate and her unborn child, Wojciech Frykowski, Abigail Folger, and Jay Sebring. They were brutally stabbed by Charles Watson, Susan Atkins, Patricia Krenwinkel, and Linda Kasabian except for Jay Sebring who was shot and brutally kicked. The second known murder was on the following night of August 10th. Manson took followers Watson Krenwinkel and Leslie Van Houten to the home of Leno LaBianca and his wife Rosemary.
