Charles Arthur Payne, Jr. was born on 1/14/1964 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St.Louis, MO. Both of his parents have passed away. Charles never met his birth father. He passed away from drowning. Charles ' mother remarried Charles G. Hankins. Charles stated his step-father was a good man and treated him as if he was his own child. He was raised in a close knit family. His family home was normal and stable. Charles was loved and his basic needs were met. He recalls having a good childhood. He was a good child growing up. He grew up in Granite City, IL. Charles ' parents discipline differed depending on the seriousness of the situation; ranging from extra chores or spankings. Charles had four siblings. One sister, Cynthia Orlando, desceased, passed away due to a accidental drug overdoes and three brothers, Darrell Hankins, 51 years old, lives in Vandalia, IL. Walter Hankins II, 50 years old, unknown residence and Charles Hankins, deceased, passed away due to AIDS. Charles is very close to Darrell and talks to him almost daily. Darrell attend family gatherings, and help each other when needed. Charles does not have a relationship nor speaks with Walter. Charles did not graduate high school, due to lack of credits. Charles has been married three times. Charles ' first marriage was to Darla Lewis. They divorced due to irreconcilable differences. Charles and Darla have one son, Charles WIlliam Payne, age 28. Charles was then married to Joyce Foree. They divorced due to irreconcilable differences. Charles and Joyce have two children, a son, Brandon Payne, age 15 and a daughter, Jacqueline Payne, age 17. Charles and Melissa married on May 12, 2011 at their home in Granite City, IL. They do not have any children together. They describe their marriage as generally happy. They love each other and support each other. Charles met Melissa while Melissa was working for Farm
