One of the most overlooked sports is cheerleading. It challenges you physically along with mentally. The skills that are required to become a collegiate level cheerleader are not like anything else. You have to know how to push yourself past your limits and forget everything in your head that tells you not to flip your body backwards and just go. Their all girl team, “ took home its second Division 1A all-girl national championship in program history Sunday evening at the 2020 UCA & UDA College Cheerleading and Dance Team National Championship, winning the competition” (“Alabama Cheerleading Wins 2020 UCA Division 1A All-Girl National Championship - University of Alabama Athletics'').
