Draft 2 “You do it I don’t want to!” She jumped. She landed. She was fine, in the bushes. I was calling my friends and asking if they could do something that day. It was in the middle of winter break and none of my friends were answering. But finally, five friends later I got a hold of one. Her name is Kaleia. We talked on the phone about where it could be and we decided that it should be at her house because she had more of a variety of things to do(she lives up the street from me). My mom drove me up in our light blue mini-van and said she said that she would be there by 6:30 to pick me up. “Did you bring your snow pants?” She asked me once I got out of the car. “No.. I did as she told me to do and then I heard this, “Watch out!” As she said that she jumped onto the sled from the swing and was down the hill in ten seconds. When I looked it was like the sled was going down the hill as fast as a cheetah. Once she came back up fine and wanted me to try. “I’m good thanks.” “Come on Arianna” “No thank you,” When I said that I should've been on the ground instead of on a swing because after I turned back around she pushed me off the swing and on the sled. I landed, but unlike her I was not so good. I landed on my knee and my leg bent the wrong way. When I got to the end she started to laugh at me. Than I turned around and looked at her and she got the hint that this was a big deal. She helped me up and put me back on the swing and went to get her mom. She came out and looked at my leg and decided that it would be good if I went home and got some ice on it. She called my mom to come and get me and told her that I got hurt and that I need to come home.
