The Chicago Bears suffered 3-13 season, but they have the 3rd overall pick in the NFL Draft. The Chicago Bears need to improve in these positions: quarterback, wide receiver, offensive tackle, cornerback, safety, and defensive end. The Chicago Bears have a couple positions to improve on, however, they will make the NFL Playoffs next season. They have over $71 million of cap space including the release of Jay Cutler, there are many quality players in Free Agency and the NFL Draft to feel in for position needs, and Ryan Pace has a good football I.Q. to make great signing and good trades. He can quickly turn the Chicago Bears to become a playoff roster.

Besides Ryan Pace drafting well in the NFL Draft, he also signed many good free agents that contributed to the team in his first two years such as Pernell McPhee who had 1 interception and 10 sacks, Akiem Hicks who had 7 sacks, Brian Hoyer who threw 1,445 passing yards with 6 touchdowns and no interceptions before he broke his arm, Willie Young who had 24 sacks, and Zach Miller who had 925 receiving yards with 9 touchdowns.
