The Chick Fil A chain was originally located in the Southern States of America, but has expanded to over 1,700 locations in 39 states and Washington D.C, making it the second largest chicken chain (“Company Fact Sheet,” 2014). Chick Fil A is served at malls, stand-alone restaurants, drive-thru only outlets, Truett’s Grill and Dwarf’s both full service restaurants.
