I believe I have potential to be a staff member on itsJerryandHarry because even though I may seem immature at times I can be strict and authoritative when it is needed, for example when someone is being disrespectful in my teamspeak channel whether they are a friend or not I will usually ask them to refrain from being rude, but if they continue I will most likely kick them. I am good in difficult situations, and I am responsible and trustworthy. I am also hardworking and will put in my full effort to assist in the community. Extra comments
Byrne relies on Scott v. Watson, 278 Md. 160 (1976), for the proposition that “a breach of a duty by a defendant will result in his liability in the third party criminal activity context when the breach enhances the likelihood of the particular criminal activity.” (Opposition at p. 9). First, Scott did not even hold that the landlord owed the plaintiff a duty—as that case was a certified question from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Id. at 161-62. Second, Scott applied exclusively to the duties a landlord owes to its tenants.

I would urge them to do research and be knowledgeable of the expectations and demands of the position so that they go into it with a realistic idea of what is expected of them. Every job has both benefits and drawbacks and every person has a
When I think of a physician and their characters I immediately think of the traits listed in this honor code. A physician must be a leader in order to make important decisions that will affect the lives of others. I believe that a leader is someone who helps guide and works well with others. I feel that this is a quality I have. I have always worked well with others and have been the leader for most of my college group projects or debates.
I think that I should be chosen for Link Crew because I am always able to help out, give directions to lost freshmen, influence them in a positive manner, and be a kind upperclassman. I get good grades, I’m in all honors classes, I participate in a sport year round, inside and outside of school. I am involved in Calling all Colors here at Mona Shores High School, which is a group about tolerance and accepting other, and teaching others at our school how to make everyone feel equally welcome. I plan to keep in touch with my 9th graders by doing little things for them through the year, like dropping off little items to their classes; just like I was given as a freshman. I plan to say hello in the hallways and let them all know on August 31st, for freshman orientation that if they every have any questions, that I am easy to get ahold of.

For this assessment, I will be reflecting on what clinical governance looks like in my workplace, with a critique of the framework used within the organization. During the reflection I will discuss what pillars and principles were found, while describing my fellow team members’ understanding of clinical governance and how it is reflected in their practice. Finding the clinical governance framework for my workplace was challenging and time consuming without computer access in place of hard copy policy and procedure manuals. I found clinical governance summerised through the manuals, ensuring compliance of the 44 accreditation standards (Australian Aged Care Quality Agency, 2014) but as Knight, Kenny and Endacott (2015) discuss, while the concept is accepted, there is a gap between theory and practice, which is visual where I work. Pillars and principles such as risk management, efficiency, effectiveness, patient centric and equity are seen throughout the policies, and to analyse more specifically, clinical governance is articulated under categories, consisting of “education and training, clinical audit, clinical effectiveness, research and development and role clarity” (Davies, Chapman & Boyd, 2015 p.45).
Clinical Audit Assignment. Introduction. There are many benefits in carrying out a clinical audit.
