Conflict resolution is a daily occurrence at work that can disrupt the activities of a leader, a team or the entire organization. Using delegation process can help in solving some conflicts. Delegation is the process by which responsibility and authority for performing a task (function, activity, or decision) is transferred to another individual who accepts that authority and responsibly. Delegation is benefit for organization by achieving its goals more efficiently.
