(hook)Amongst all of us, at least some of us would want cold, fresh water to drink, a delicious dinner to come home to, and a warm fireplace to sit in front of at night after a hard day worth of working. Well, at least one part is right. (topic)Child labor in the East makes it hard for children to live, they have to work hard jobs with barely any income in parts mainly around poor developing countries. (thesis)From a few hundred years to now, children work in unsafe sweatshops and factories for money to take care of their family. This is a serious problem, but we cannot do anything if we don’t know about this danger to our future generations. Many children are able to go to school and come back more educated than the last time they visited. However, children in Bangladesh and poor countries like it do not have very many kids visiting their schools anymore. Children need to make money for their families in poor developing countries, the only jobs they have around are dirty, unsafe sweatshops with barely any health care for the workers there. There is a loop that North America is doing to poor countries in the East. It’s very rare to see a “Made in USA” tag on your clothes and toys because America doesn’t have as many factories to supply our clothing. It is more expensive here in America, so we decided to make a trade route to the East where it is much cheaper. We demand clothes, toys, even tobacco from areas like Bangladesh. Since Bangladesh is a poor country, the citizens need money more than we do. They work more often and supply the stores with the materials they need to give to America. The loophole we are causing is increasing the chances of child labor and making it hard for us to stop
