FACTS: Jenny Stracner an employee of the Laguna Beach Police Department was told by several people that there several vehicles were seen in front of Greenwoods resident and the vehicles were only there for a couple of minutes. Stracner investigated these claims by staking out the residence and witnessing the vehicles at the residence for herself. After staking out the residence, she asked the garbage man to isolate garbage picked up and Greenwoods residence and hand them over to her. While looking through Greenwoods trash, Stracner located evidence that led her to believe Greenwood was involved with drugs. Stracner then received a search warrant and found large amounts of cocaine and other substance in the residence.
Law enforcement attempted to talk with Jaheim, however the youth refuse to identify the trigger for his behaviors in the home. Ms. Smalls called the on-call Charleston County IFCCS on call worker. On 7-31-2015 Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at 6884 N.Ridge Rd. Upon arrival, Officer McClure and I Officer Butram spoke with Maranda Degennaro. Maranda had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person. Maranda’s speech was unclear and she was visibly upset. Maranda was unable to stand without assistance.
On 6/29/15, Ms. Wendy Sanders and Mr. Charles Ray Hamilton visited the DHR office. Ms. Sanders is interested in becoming Mr. Hamilton 's rep. payee and caregiver. According to Ms. Sanders, she needs somewhere to live because she recently moved to the Carbon Hill area after getting out of an abusive relationship. She has been cleaning Mr. Hamilton 's home getting it ready for her son who is 13 years old. Worker explained to Ms. Sanders how his grandchildren have caused problems in the past for people who have tried to help Mr. Hamilton.
Spoke to Vivian Ortiz (DOB 6/20/75) who stated that her juvenile son (16 years old), Elijah Perez (DOB 7/3/99), was being destructive and threw things around the house when she asked him to turn off the oven after he used it. Ortiz stated Perez had been diagnosed with intermittent explosive disorder and he had not been taking his medication or to his therapy. Ortiz also mentioned that she opened the case with DYFS to evaluate him and the case was still opened. Ortiz stated that Perez threw some baseball cards, laundry bin, trashes and made mess inside of the refrigerator. We weren’t able to speak with Perez as he walked out of the house prior to our arrival.
On 7/9/15 worker made an unannounced visit to the residence of Ms. Bernice Connell, for the purpose of making first victim contact. Ms. Kayley McKinnon, granddaughter-in-law of Ms. Connell greeted worker at the door and showed worker to Ms. Connell 's room. The room was cluttered but did not present with an odor. Ms. Connell was lying in bed watching TV, she was appropriately dressed with good personal hygiene. Ms. Connell stated she had lived with her son, Earnest McKinnon, and daughter-in-law, Arlinda McKinnon, for two years.
When the child told the adult neighbor what happened, she called Mrs. Bryant; Mrs. Bryant told the neighbor she didn’t have time for that and hung the phone up. The reporter stated Lakirah called her grand father and he came to pick her up. Ms. Cullop stated that Lakirah stayed with her grandfather for the night and when her mother got off this morning she went to pick the child up. The reporter stated when the child and her mother got home, Mrs. Bryant whipped her with the same strap and Mr. Bryant, punched her down stairs, and threw a metal trash can at her. Ms. Cullop stated law enforcement was called to the school to take the child’s statement and they have also taken pictures of Lakirah’s bruises.

She has some concerns regarding security of the upper field at Sunrise Drive, according to her there are three openings that anyone from the desert could access the school. Ms. Richman has spoken to Ms. Davidson and doesn 't feel that her concerns have been taken seriously. Ms. Richman would like to have someone call her back.

On 11/15/15 at approximately 1257 hours, I, Offcier Artaz responded to 727 Labor Street in reference to a disturbance. This location is in the City of Delta, County of Delta and the State of Colorado. I arrived on scene , and contacted Deborah Dugas (DOB 08/16/71). Deborah told me that her and her son, Spencer Bachman (DOB 11/20/88), had gotten into a verbal agument. Deborah advised that Spencer has a restraining order, that prohibits him from drinking alcohol.
On Wednesday, March 15th I went to Christ the King to observe a child in preschool. The child I observed was a female and she was four years old. While I was there I observed her physical development, social and emotional development, thinking skills, and communication skills. For physical development, I observed her gross and fine motor skills. Her gross motor skills included her gait, balance, running, and picking up toys.
