On 01/23/2016, at approximately 1428 hours, your affiant was on routine patrol travelling north on State Route 924 (North Main Street). Your affiant observed a black Subaru station wagon travelling south on State Route 924 approaching a steady red traffic signal located at the intersection of Main and Coal Streets. The operator of the Subaru continued through the intersection and travelled through the steady red light. Your affiant activated the emergency lights and conducted a vehicle stop on the unit block of North Main Street. Your affiant approached the operator and requested his license and vehicle information.
I located the KPD Rape Case 15-27355 which identified a subject named Ricardo Oropeza-Quiroz (DOB 12-30-1993) as being contacted with Hicks. It was also determined that Oropeza-Quiroz was an involved party in KPD Hit and Run Case 15-22411. In the Rape case, Hicks and Oropeza-Quiroz were people of interest. That case is still under investigation.

When asked if MOFETT had struck her ROMERO stated the he had not struck her. ROMERO informed us that she had been drinking, but stated she only had a couple "shots" of alcohol earlier in the day.

A new restaurant opens and she is willing to try the food. The beef and pork combination she ordered had an unusual taste and was not cooked enough, but she dismisses it and continues eating. The third child and parent interaction in the cereal aisle was a dad and his six or seven year old daughter. The dad asked his daughter what type of cereal that her mom usually got for her. She pointed to the box of Cocoa Puffs. The dad picked up the box of cereal and they left the aisle.
During this developmental interview, I chose to conduct an observation/interview study with my one of my cousin’s child. This child is a 4 year old girl and will be identified as “child K” in relation to her first name. Her parents had no problem letting me interview her, but I had them stay in the same room as us. The purpose of this interview was to observe the child’s physical, cognitive, and socioemotional development. I observed her behavior and gave her several tests to show how well she has progressed.
Ali was referred by Ms. Julia because he is having behavior and social difficulties at school. He has been observed during three days, in different settings.
