Our society has experienced a significant evolvement in the field of technology over the decades. Especially, the computer related technological developments have brought critical turnover in our society and it is continuously developing even now. As a result, the electronically mobile devices have became an essential component in our daily lives where these devices allow people to have easy access to the internet system. Thus, people are able to retrieve information easily from the internet and also people consistently communicate with their friends through the various systems including the SNS(Social Network System), applications, and emails. These benefits definitely have brought great comforts and conveniences to our society. On the other hand, the idea of easy access to the internet is causing serious side effects where it has created an environment for people or the internet users to easily conduct the criminal offenses, especially, related to the sexuality. The child sexual abuse can be in various forms including engagement in sexual activities such as asking or pressuring, indecent exposure of the sexual body parts, and producing the child pornography(Wolak et al, 2008). The child sexual abuse can occur in a variety offline setting including school, work, and family. However, online child sexual abuse can be more critical due to the unique characteristics of the online environment including the anonymity.
