The Taliban has been accused of child recruitment and training. It is said that they have been recruiting children for a long time, and their numbers have risen since mid-2015. Their current use of child soldiers is under violation of the international prohibition on the use of child soldiers.
Afghanistan is a Middle Eastern country that is approximately the size of Texas. The country mostly consists of mountains and valleys, and the southwest mostly consisting of desert land.
