Also, how obesity is not just caused by overeating but through other health issues. I believe that the implied message is obesity is more than overeating, because it discusses psychological, sociological, and biological issues within a child can play a role in obesity. The appeal being used is ethos, because, in this writing it is not the child’s fault but family related or due to other health issues.
