Chipotle Mexican Grill is chain of restaurants that specialises in burritos and tacos. It is currently located in five countries namely United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany and France. Their mission statement is Food with Integrity which promotes their efforts in using organic ingredients and serving naturally raised meat. Chipotle had their presence in 21 states across US and in the District of Columbia as of 31st December 2005 and operated almost 500 restaurants. As of 2014, they have restaurants in 43 states of USA and in countries like UK, Canada, Germany and France. They currently have more than 1600 restaurants and employs over 45000 people. They completed their public offering of Class A common stock in 2006 with McDonalds Corporation as their majority owner.
