Its rare for a black man to come out for help because its seen as weakness and you will get mistreated by doctors (Dr.Primm). He learns to overcome it with , family, and facing his fears. Frank fought in the Korean war and has killed quite a bit of people during war. According to Dr. Primm black soldiers were usually on the front line. Blacks were not as “important” as As whites at the time. so they were forced to the job and because. African americans did the most action and killed the most people so it was more common to see a black man with PTSD. Frank was one of those soldiers that had to kill lots of people.
